Hi! Like many of you every once in awhile I just have
a wonderful, terrible urge to craft that must be satisfied.
Mainly I like to do kitchen crafts but when holidays roll around
I also like to do candy crafts.

I found the pots at Wal-Mart on clearance this past November. I painted them a wicker white and then distressed them. I glued the jelly beans on with hot glue and then inserted a painted dowel in the styrofoam ball and into the urn (there was already foam in it).
I added a pink polka-dotted ribbon and then voila!

It turned out so cute! Lovin' your new little urn too Joni-enjoy:@)
Cool Easter decorating idea! How fun would that be to do with the kids? Course I wonder how many extra jelly beans you would have to buy....
I just have to direct my mom to this link! She makes a cute one with gum drops at Christmas, and she would agree that this jelly bean one is adorably Easter.
So cute!
never would have thought about doing this but I love it. So cute and dainty and fun!

You always have the cutest ideas! This would be fun to make with the grandkids!
This just screams Spring! I love the pastel color of the jelly beans. What a cute urn too. It really sets the topiary off. Do the kids try and steal the candy off of it? My grandkids would!
Hi Joni! This is so cute and it looks easy too! I just read your jello cookie recipe and I am making them this weekend when everyone comes home from school. We always have room for special jello recipes! Linda
