Hodgson Mill $25 Gift Code Giveaway

Sure glad you dropped by Red Couch Recipes today.  I am pleased to offer one of my readers a $25 gift certificate to Hodgson Mill's online store.  Hodgson Mill is a family-owned business that has been in operation  for over 125 years providing all-natural, high quality, freshly ground grains and mixes.   At their online store they offer many varieties of flours, such as buckwheat, pancake mixes, and other mixes and much more.  The flours and mixes are reasonably priced and would be perfect for the holiday baking season. Click here to see what is available at their online store.  I have some Hodgson Mill's Rye Flour on my shelf right now that I mix into pancakes and waffles that adds a wonderful taste.

To qualify to win the gift code to their Hodgson Mill's online store, just leave a comment telling me what your favorite thing to bake for the holidays or what is your favorite grain to use in baking or cooking.  Leave a comment by Wednesday November 30, 2011 to enter to win.  Make sure, you leave an e-mail so that I can contact you.

Disclosure Note:  I have not been compensated to offer this giveaway on my blog.  I was given some flour to use in a recipe that I am developing for a Hodgson Mill Holiday Baking Contest.

Oh, fun giveaway! Hodgson actually makes our favorite whole wheat pancake mix! Can't always find it though.

Cookies have to be my favorite thing to bake a Christmas time. Lots and lots of cookies :)

Besides cookies, I like to make a yeast bread, such as pannettone. I like to give them as gifts with homemade jam. It is always a good holiday season for me when I am able to do this. Thanks for this opportunity, Joni. xo

What a fun give-away Joni-thanks! Gotta make cookies and my sons love pies for the holidays, the workhorse in my baking is unbleached flour! Then I add in whole wheat flour as much as I can:@)

Believe it or not...they make this right here in my town! My next door neighbor is a graphic artist for them and designs the labels. I love their products and they don't have a retail outlet here. We just have to hope to find the products in our local grocery and they certainly don't carry them all. I have a loaf of the bran muffin banana bread on the counter right now! I'd be happy to win and get to try a few of the products I can't get here.

Hi Joni!

My favorite thing to bake for the holidays is cut-out cookies. My recipe calls for cream cheese and they are very yummy.

Happy Thanksgiving!

Great give away, Joni. My favorite thing to bake during the holiday season is my mom's recipe for German stollen. It smells heavenly while it bakes and is full of nuts and fruits. Happy Thanksgiving wishes to you and your family.

my favorite grain to use is whole wheat pastry flour- I feel less guilty making baked goods when I use it :)

Thanks for such a sweet giveaway! I like to add flax to all my baking...it adds natural fiber without affecting the taste or texture of my baked goods.

Hugs,
Pam

Hi Joni,
My favorite thing to bake at Christmas time is cookies (what else?!) But for everyday baking I love to make a honey whole grain bread with pumpkin, sesame, and sunflower seeds. My son calls it bird-seed bread (but he loves it)

I love baking cookies during the holiday. I love giving them away as gifts and just little surprises. My husband carries them around in the car to make sure he gives them to people he knows and people he just meets!

Hi Joni - what a great giveaway! Not being a fan of pumpkin pie, favorite thing that I baked this holiday was a triple chocolate cheesecake (to be blogged soon). It was AWESOME!
