Snow Fairy Tablescape

Welcome to Red Couch Recipes!

It came!  It came!  Finally, some snow arrived!  I know I might be in the minority, but I love snow!  We hadn't had a snow storm since early December.  I woke up Saturday morning,  and I looked out the window and said "Yes!"  It snowed most of the day, and we received six inches of beautiful, sparkly snow!  Snow that sparkles in the sun like diamonds.  Snow that you can shuss your boots in when you walk.  Snow that covers the tan-brown world with a beautiful white covering.

Along with the snow came these whimsical snow fairies that grace my table.  Where there is snow,  there will always be snow fairies.

I do have "snow" plates, but the fairies chose the white plates.  The Snow Fairies are a bit partial to white.

They placed a furry snowflake in each glass.

They hung a furry snowflake from a silver candlestick.

More snow fairies come to join in the fun.

They say, "We hope for more snow so that we can stay and play!"

The Snow Fairies thank you for dropping by Red Couch Recipes!

Pretty table! I just love all the whites you used. There is nothing like a snowfall. I love to see it coming down and how it makes everything just magical. After a few days I am bored of it though and wishing for it to go away.

What an exquisite table! I love the snow fairies. It reminded me of the new one I got that I think is still in the garage. I got her after Christmas at the half off sale at Tai Pan in St. George. (You need to hit that one next year!)

I love your stack of plates and they were right to pick the elegant white ones as they are so elegant themselves. Really, really beautiful. If snow could only be so beautiful and not so cold! I love it when I can stay indoors and it was fun to finally get a real snowfall.

The fairies made the right choice. I love the white plates with this. It looks like a little fantasy land on the table.

We have very warm temperatures. I'm sure it's prone to change. It always does...

Those are some talented snow fairies! This table is beautiful and I'm with you...I love snow too and we are sadly lacking this year in upstate NY. We generally have several feet of snow a season but all we have is brown mud and dormant grass. Send those adorable snow fairies our way!!! Enjoy your snow!

Just precious! This a very cheerful post all about the snow fairies. They bring a beautiful glow to the falling of snow on your white and snowy table. I truly enjoyed your snow and the excitement. We are having 70's this week and will take advantage of it while it lasts. Happy Tablescaping! Pam
